Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of Hog. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Hog prepares research briefs for your sales meetings. When a meeting is booked (for example through Calendly) or you add one in the dashboard, Hog identifies the attendee, gathers public professional information about them and their company, and emails you an AI-written brief before the call.
Acceptable use
- Use Hog to prepare for legitimate business conversations.
- Follow the laws that apply to you, including privacy and data protection laws, when you use the briefs.
- Don’t use Hog to harass, stalk, discriminate against or intimidate anyone.
- Don’t try to break, overload or resell the service without our permission.
Credits
One credit is used for each delivered brief. New accounts receive 5 free credits. You’re not charged for prospects Hog can’t identify, and rescheduled meetings don’t use another credit. Credits are non-refundable unless we tell you otherwise, and we may adjust credit pricing and rules over time.
AI output can be wrong
Briefs are written by AI models from public sources. We cite sources and fact-check briefs, but mistakes still happen, including identifying the wrong person. Check anything important before you rely on it.
No warranty and limits on liability
Hog is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost deals or revenue), and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your use
You can stop using Hog at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or put the service or others at risk.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we’ll let you know by email.
